The group with our wonderful tour guide at the Catacombs of St. Callixtus outside of Rome. The catacombs start at 15 meters underground and get as deep as 30. There are over half a million tombs and about 13 miles of passageways. It was the home of at least 6 popes and at least 10 bishops. A wonderful start to the morning!
